Hi, my name is Junjun Shi. I am from Qingdao China and have a degree in Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design. I consider myself to be part detective, part entrepreneur and a complete lover of materials.

When I’m a “detective”, I like to reach out to people, practicing empathy and really listening to their wants and dreams. I am confident in my ability to find the connections and patterns and applying those insights to my design.

As an entrepreneur, a close network of friends and I are busy running a design studio, collaborating on executing our strategic plan and achieving the goals we have put forth.

Materials! The soft yet solid texture of leather, the smell and feel of a quality piece of walnut, I close my eyes and find inspiration from the materials I choose.
